1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SignForge ("the Service"), operated at signforge.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SignForge is an email signature builder. You create a signature using our editor, make a one-time payment, and receive a permanent edit link to access and update your signature at any time. No account or subscription is required.

3. Payments and Refunds

  • All payments are one-time and processed securely by Stripe.
  • Prices are listed on the website and charged in USD.
  • Because the product is delivered digitally and immediately upon payment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact contact@signforge.net if you have an issue with your purchase.
  • We do not store your credit card information. All payment data is handled by Stripe.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of any content you provide to SignForge, including your name, contact information, images, and logos. By uploading content, you grant SignForge a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of generating and rendering your email signature.

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Is illegal, defamatory, or obscene
  • Impersonates another person or entity

5. Edit Links

Upon purchase, you receive a permanent edit link that serves as your access credential. You are responsible for keeping this link secure. Anyone with your edit link can view and modify your signature.

If you lose your edit link, you can recover it using the email address associated with your purchase. SignForge is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from shared or compromised edit links.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep SignForge available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Your paid signature data is stored indefinitely. We will provide reasonable notice before any planned discontinuation of the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to create signatures in bulk without purchasing
  • Attempt to access other users' signatures or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to distribute spam or phishing content
  • Overload the Service with excessive requests or uploads

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The SignForge name, logo, templates, and website design are the property of SignForge and its operators. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our templates, code, or branding without written permission.

The HTML output of your purchased signature is yours to use freely in any email client or platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

SignForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignForge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your signature.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of SignForge after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
